I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Mike Maroone Chevrolet. I was able to get the lowest price on my new tires at the dealership. The Service Consultant Mallory Palmer was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my question. The "service shuttle", Uber, was a surprise. The driver arrived shortly after checking my Silverado in with Mallory Palmer. I was very relieved upon picking my Silverado up that I wasn't "upcharged" for additional items that may have been found during my visit. I came in for new tires and TPMS sensors and that it is exactly what I left with. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I had a bad experience in my past oil and tire rotation change, the guy broke my lug nut and I had to take my car back to get a new one, he replaced it with a regular nut instead of the correct lug nut, the guy never told his service writer of this, she then said she would take care of me the next time we came in.We came in on Friday 11/21/2025 I let the gentleman know of this and the team was not very nice, I feel like I was a bother, I know it was the end of the day, but I feel like the team should always be happy and greet a person that there happy to serve us.Larry C service Manage was super nice to us. I will keep taking my car to Mike Maroone, I hope my next visit is a better experience.
