    Jareel gave me a good customer service experience, but when I have to pick up the vehicle the manager didn't found the car keys and documents about the service. I was thinking if one manager proposal is making the customer feel appreciated let me tell you she is not doing that part of the job, maybe with other customers but not to me, she makes me feel so no appreciated that I am thinking never come back to your service office.

    I had a new exterior mirror on the driver's side installed. I am very pleased with the service of all Maroone employees involved. I did not realize how extensively I use that mirror. Also: Per my mistake, I paid with a normal card swipe of my GM Rewards card. I meant to use my GM reward points as the payment. After I found my Member Number, the next day Chris Bar corrected my mistake, and GM rewards paid for the mirror and installation. As always, Chris was very competent and kind throughout the entire process.

    The estimate was miss quoted. My tire was put back on with the white side out all other tires are black side out. Poor communication and 4 days with out a car for a basic brake job.
