Now I am a senior citizen and didn't believe that people of the caliber of Kevin and Scott existed today.     I took my 2007 Silverado in to have the Service 4WD checked out. They suggested replacing the servo motor in the transfer case. It fixed nothing. My bill was over 1000 dollars. Sucks to be me. Couldn't even see the replaced part as I was told it was returned as a core. Not even sure the even looked at it. I was told there was metal in the transfer case fluid and it was shorting out the servo motor. Funny I had just replaced the transfer case fluid two days before. Oil is non conductive. No sign of metal in the sample I just took. I will not be recommending them for any work ever again.

    I am a full-time on the road RVer and often have to schedule service on my GMC 3500 in a city I will traveling. I scheduled appointment using GM OnStar App and received confirmation from GM. Due to a system issue, the dealer did not a record of my appointment, but graciously worked me and completed work in the time I had originally expected. In addition, they were concerned about the scheduling mishap and asked for a copy of the appointment confirmation email from GM, so that the pro could be researched and hopefully prevent future scheduling problems.

    Service writer (SW) failed to listen, service fail due to SW fail, service fail - failed to read note left in car (stickie note on Start button) advising that SW had written it up wrong and stating real problem. Follow up visit to correct service fail charged full price, only $23.23 (on top of $800+ bill) but, never using your stealerships again.
